Hehe, nice :) . Tho my friend did tell me that the rapier is more off a non-lethal weapon.

It is more of a fencing weapon, only real lethality is stabbing. D&D classifies it as a piercing weapon, does not do much damage too.

Nice, but that looks more like a spadrood than a rapier.

Rapiers are long, heavy (for a single hander [it weighs 3 pounds, most weigh 2.75 pounds]) renaissance deuling weapons that originated from the broader side sword, a decendant of the medieval arming sword. They sport two finger holes at the base of the blade where the thumb and insex finger are placed.

A spadroon is a thicker version of the small sword.
